يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

As the script I copied at the beginning. Allah commands women to be modest, and cover their beauties like their hair and their chest. May I just say, in the Quran, it says to dress modestly. Nowhere in the Quran does it say that women must cover their hair or they will burn in hell !!! Women are told by Allah to cover their bodies in order to keep a man “in whose heart is a disease” from molesting and harassing her. It does not mean that all men are perverts. It’s for protection and identification as a muslim.
